ReplyDeleteYum... I think we will be adding this to the menu this week!
ReplyDeleteThis looks amazing! toooo yum! The Neuff
ReplyDeleteI'm confused... there's no orange in it?
ReplyDeleteThis was delicious and easy to make! I did not have soy sauce so I used 1 TB Honey Mirin Teriyaki Sauce and only 1/2 cup sugar, turned out great.
ReplyDeleteThis is SO delicious. my husband loves it! Thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteDon't laugh - am I missing the orange juice or ingredient that makes it "orange" chicken?
ReplyDeleteOh my gosh, I made this tonight, and for the first time in my 6 years of marriage my husband finally gave me 5 stars (lol). I followed the recipe as written. THIS WAS AWESOME. Thank you soooooo much for sharing this recipe. Those of you asking about the orange, the sauce you make tastes like you added orange. Follow the recipe as is, you won't be sorry!!!!
ReplyDeleteUse white vinegar, right?
ReplyDeleteIs this made with pre-cooked and breaded chicken strips or raw chicken cut in strips?
ReplyDeleteI made this last night and it was amazing! My husband doesn't normally like meals with rice but he loved this! I love meals with rice so thank you for sharing a recipe that I can now make when ever I'm craving rice!
ReplyDeleteI have now made this recipe twice and it's a huge hit. The only thing I did different is I doubled the sauce. The 1st time I made it my husband said he wished there was more sauce, but either way it's delicious.

I finally got around to making this last night and my family, including three small children rangingin in age from 4 to 8, all LOVED IT.
ReplyDeleteI doubled the sauce too and next time I might cut it down just a little.
We did think it was a little bit too sweet, so I'm also going to reduce the amount of sugar I use next time.
I won't say it tasted like orange, but it was definitely sweet and tangy and DELICIOUS!
It will definitely be going on our "must have" recipe list.
I too am confused, where is the orange?
ReplyDeleteThank you thank you for this recipe!!! It is a favorite at our house!! I could eat it all day!!! @Julie, there is no orange in it at all, but it tastes like it!!
